Welcome! Josh and Lindsey here. We are going through the Bible together and invite you to join us! Our posts are short. Our purpose is simple. Our invite is open. Share with us what you gained from these chapters. May God’s Word fulfill its purpose in all of us as we seek Him first each day. Together.
Josh: Revelation 2:6 (HCSB) “Yet you do have this: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.” I tell my kids not to say the word “hate” because I think hate is such a strong word. This verse reminds me that using the word hate in the right context actually pleases God. I’m so glad that God showed me this today! I need to have a followup conversation with my kiddos.
Lindsey: Revelation 2:24b-25 (NLT) “I will ask nothing more of you except that you hold tightly to what you have until I come.” I don’t have anything to say… this just really stood out to me.
What stood out to you from Revelation 1-3?
